Upon order confirmation, the vehicle enters immediate production. Each unit is assigned a unique VIN tied to the purchaser. All sales are final; we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once manufacturing has been initiated.

Astraux covers international ocean freight to our U.S. warehouse. The purchaser is solely responsible for local inland transportation costs from the warehouse to the final destination. Quotes will be provided prior to dispatch.

This is a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) compliant with FMVSS 500. It is strictly prohibited on highways. Operation is limited to streets with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less, subject to local regulations.

Astraux provides the Certificate of Origin (MSO) and necessary bills of sale. The purchaser is exclusively responsible for vehicle titling, registration, and obtaining valid insurance coverage. Any local taxes, DMV fees, or state-specific inspection costs are the sole liability of the owner.

While we target late June production, all timelines are estimates subject to international logistics, customs clearance, and potential force majeure events beyond our control.
