Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase agreement within 14 days without providing a justification.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please be advised that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
-
ASTRAUX Vehicle Pre-order Vouchers: Since these vouchers are for a specific, time-limited production allocation and constitute a reservation for a custom-manufactured vehicle assigned with a unique VIN, they are considered "contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer." Therefore, once the production cycle is initiated, the right of withdrawal may be restricted.
-
Customized Products: Any hardware that has been personalized or customized to the consumer’s specifications.
-
Sealed Goods: Hardware or items (such as Aimon series) that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement via email:
-
Email: support@astraux.com
-
Subject: EU Right of Withdrawal - [Your Order Number]
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract for eligible products (e.g., unopened Aimon hardware):
-
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
-
Timeline: The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of return.
-
Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
-
Return Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to a documented manufacturing defect.
5. Condition of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For hardware products, this means the items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
