• When can I expect my vehicle to be delivered?

Our fulfillment process is structured to ensure global quality standards. For the current pre-order cycle, production is scheduled for May 2026. Following production, international transit (sea or rail) is expected throughout June 2026, with final handovers to customers estimated between late June and July 2026. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on your reservation sequence, regional logistics, and customs clearance. You will receive real-time updates and milestone notifications via email to the address provided during checkout.

• Are the specifications on the pre-order page final?

The current pre-order phase is designed to secure your priority production slot through a promotional voucher. While we strive for accuracy, final configurations, aesthetic details, and technical specifications are subject to the official product release page at the time of delivery to ensure compliance with regional regulations (such as FMVSS 500 for the U.S. or EU-specific standards). Furthermore, the final purchase price may be subject to adjustments based on taxes, duties, and last-mile inland transport costs applicable at the time of fulfillment.

• Is this vehicle street-legal?

Yes. ASTRAUX vehicles are engineered to meet LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) regulations in various regions. Generally, they are permitted on public roads with a posted speed limit of 35mph (approx. 55km/h) or less, such as neighborhood streets, urban centers, and resort areas.

• Why is there a maximum speed limit?

To ensure "Street-Legal" compliance without the need for complex heavy-vehicle licensing, our cars feature an electronic speed governor. This aligns with safety standards for community mobility and allows for easier registration in most jurisdictions.

• Can I drive on the highway?
