At ASTRAUX, we are committed to delivering high-end hardware and innovative mobility solutions to our global community. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.
For our vehicle pre-orders, we operate on a structured production and delivery schedule to ensure quality and compliance.
Production Slot: For orders placed in the current cycle, manufacturing is scheduled for May 2026.
International Transit: Vehicles are expected to be in transit via sea or rail during June 2026.
Final Delivery: Final handover to customers is estimated to take place between late June and early July 2026.
Status Updates: Customers will receive email notifications at each major milestone of the fulfillment process.
Vehicle Pre-orders: The vehicle purchase price covers the product and primary logistics to our regional distribution hubs. However, last-mile inland transport costs from the local hub (e.g., U.S. or EU distribution center) to your final delivery address are not included and must be paid by the customer prior to final delivery.
Standard Products (e.g., Aimon): Shipping costs for hardware products are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Taxes and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their country's regulations.
Service Coverage: We currently ship to the United States and the European Union (including Germany, France, Italy, and Spain).
Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and nature of our products. A physical signature is required for all vehicle and high-value hardware deliveries.
Once your order leaves our facility or local distribution hub, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
ASTRAUX is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the damage occurred after the handover to the final carrier, unless "Shipping Insurance" was selected at checkout.
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos as evidence, and contact support@astraux.com immediately to file a claim.
In compliance with EU regulations, we provide clear estimates for delivery. While we strive to meet the dates outlined in our Fulfillment Roadmap, if a delay exceeding 30 days occurs beyond the estimated delivery window, EU customers have the right to inquire about order cancellation options under applicable consumer protection laws.
