Expand and manage delivery and service channel partners, including but not limited to service chains, used car preparation centers, and third-party service providers, to establish a network covering key regions.
Oversee the establishment and operation of vehicle retail delivery and after-sales service systems in the U.S. market, ensuring smooth processes and enhanced satisfaction.
Serve as the key liaison between headquarters and U.S. partners, accurately conveying brand standards, technical updates, and ensuring full implementation.
Collaborate with headquarters' product, quality, and technical teams to drive localized solutions tailored to the specific needs of the U.S. market.
Ensure all delivery, registration, and titling processes comply with applicable U.S. state and federal regulations.
5+ years of relevant experience in automotive. Background in OEM, service chains (e.g., Pep Boys, Firestone), or used car platforms (e.g., Carvana).
Deep understanding of the U.S. automotive market behaviors; familiarity with state/federal registration and titling processes.
Technical background (e.g., EV repair, high-voltage safety, diagnostic systems) is a significant plus.
Strong cross-cultural communication. Results-driven, adaptable to startup environment, and willing to build systems from scratch.
