Submitting an online request coordinates vehicle preparation directly with our local team. If your geographical area is unlisted, registering via the priority waitlist catalogs your target location for structural network expansion consideration.

The $199 Founder's Edition reservation fee is fully refundable upon request at any time prior to fulfillment. Once your AIMON Pro Pet Robot has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, that item is no longer eligible for refund or return, as it is a physical unit that has left our custody. Astraux handles complex international sea freight logistics to distribution hubs. The consumer assumes liability for domestic land transportation to final delivery points.

This vehicle is designed to meet U.S. FMVSS 500 Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) standards. It is strictly prohibited from operating on public highways. Performance envelope limits traversal to municipal sectors with a maximum posted speed limit of 35 mph (approx. 56 km/h). Requirements outside the United States vary by jurisdiction; customers are responsible for confirming local road-use eligibility and registration requirements before operation.

Current Fulfillment Cycle Roadmap:

• July 2026: Marine deployment and customs routing clearance loops.
• Late July - August 2026: Direct-to-door physical handover logistics.
All milestones are structural operational goals subject to international maritime stability.
